Politique de remboursement


We have a 30-day refund or exchange  policy from the date of purchase . 

To be eligible for a refund or exchange the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You will need to provide the  serial number of the product and a proof of purchase.   

To initiate a return for refund, exchange or warranty service  please  contact us at Info@Magstor.ca.  We will e-mail you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can correct the issue. We will  In accordance with our policy we will exchange defective and/or  damaged product within 30 days from the date of purchase.  

Refunds (if applicable)

We will notify you by e-mail once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved. Only regular priced items may be refunded. If approved, your refund will be applied to the original method of payment. Please note it can take a few days  for the refund to be processed by your bank or the credit card company.


Shipping charges to Magstor are the responsibility of the sender, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, the product should send to : Magstor Canada, 330 Millway Ave. Unit#3,Vaughan , Ontario, L4K 3W2
